About the competition
Design a 21st Century view of London’s famous architectural skyline
Transport for London has teamed up with the London Festival of Architecture 2010 (LFA2010) to launch a competition for new illustrations and depictions of London’s skyline.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both new and established designers to create a new iconic London image.
The winning design will be a contemporary version of the London Skyline that celebrates London’s unique architectural heritage and will appeal to both Londoners and London visitors.
In addition to the 1st prize fee of £1000, the winning design will be reproduced on a range of merchandise to be launched during the London Festival of Architecture. The merchandise will then be for sale online at tfl.gov.uk/shop, the London Transport Museum Shop and at the London Festival of Architecture HQ.
The competition deadline is 09.00 BST on Monday 24th May 2010.
